The location was good (near public transportation).

The room was tiny. I mean REALLY small, and there was hardly any space for my luggage, annoying.

the staff was awesome and very helpful, especially with directions. i appreciated the free snacks and minibar as a convenient perk. the included breakfast offered a good value with a decent selection.

the elevator was somewhat slow , but this was a minor inconvenience.

Acceptable stay with issues.

slow elevator noisy room

The elevator was SO slow. I often took the stairs instead. My room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, a bit disruptive. The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours. It was difficult to find a table sometimes.

helpful staff excellent location quiet area safe area

the reception staff were very helpful (especially hayet). she was kind and assisted us greatly in understanding available services. the location is excellent. it is within walking distance from main attractions. the area felt nice, quiet and safe.

i found the breakfast to have minimal choices.
